Efficient Inspection Services

Don't forget to think of 3-D CNC, Inc. as a source for precision inspection services.  Our fully staffed and equipped inspection / quality lab offers both physical and optical measurement systems including a Ziess Prismo Navagator S-ACC coordinate measuring machine with accuracy of within plus or minus .00002", and an OGP Avant 300 - CNC Video Measuring System with accuracy of within plus or minus .00005".  Both systems offer highly accurate, fast and efficient inspection options with full inspection documentation available upon request. Continuous Improvement Team Update
Since early last fall, 3-D CNC, Inc. has had a Continuous Improvement Team meeting on a weekly basis to make improvements and increase efficiencies to our VMC machining department.  To date, 3-D CNC, Inc. has implemented a Frasia tool storage system, made several improvements to VMC part set-up sheets, improved scheduling communication to streamline job placement into specific machines, improved VMC program file storage procedures, and am presently working to improve programming feature recognition capabilities. The team will continue to meet through the spring of 2010.  Great job to all involved!!!
