New Machine Tool Storage Inventory Program
Beginning the first week of November, 3-D CNC, Inc. will begin a new machine tool storage inventory program from Fraisa USA called ToolCare. Frasia will provide a tool storage cabinet to be used in our VMC machining department to store Fraisa brand tools. The program will add convenience and simplicity to our machine tool requirements. The cabinet will store and organize the machining tools we use. The tools will be offered on a consignment basis from Frasia, who will stock the cabinet and maintain the inventory each week. 3-D CNC, Inc. is excited to begin the program and expects it to add both efficiency and cost savings to our VMC machining processes. 3-D CNC, Inc. has already had a successful inventoried tool storage system in our milling department called CribWare for several years.
Quality Inspection Gage Manufacturing
3-D CNC, Inc. has built an outstanding reputation with a variety of customers manufacturing custom designed quality inspection gages. Our expertise includes building numerous in-process go, no-go gages as well as final inspection gages. Profile tolerances of down to .00008” have been held on gages by using unique wire EDM manufacturing technologies. Gage integrity is verified through a comprehensive gage inspection certification processes. Gage calibration and re-certification services are supported by 3-D CNC, Inc.. You can also count on 3-D CNC, Inc. as an excellent source for design and build of final inspection part fixturing.
