Continuous Improvement Team Update

To date, 3-D CNC, Inc. has implemented over 10 Continuous Improvement Team projects since 2003.  Each project involves a team of up to six employees directly related to the area or issue needing improvement. We have seen successes in each team project with improvements in areas such as on-time delivery, customer service, preventive maintenance, and work flow efficiency. 

 

Beginning this fall, a new team will be formed to further improve and enhance our VMC machining department.  Look for updates in future newsletters on our team progress.
