20^th Year of Business Milestone

3-D CNC, Inc. is celebrating our 20^th year of business in 2009.  Co-Owners Randy Dague and Bob Malone will be grilling burgers and brats later this month for all current employees in honor of this business achievement.  Starting in 1989, the two have worked laboriously to grow 3-D CNC, Inc. into a nationally known precision tool and die shop.  The many dedicated employees of 3-D CNC, Inc. are looking forward to sharing stories and food during this special celebration. 

New Haas VF2 SS VMC Purchased

3-D CNC, Inc. customers will be offered more capacity in our vertical machining department starting mid-June.  A recently purchased Haas VF2 SS VMC will soon compliment our three current vertical machining centers.  The machine is slightly used and was purchased through an auction web sight.  The additional machining capacity will be welcomed, as this area in our shop continues to stay active.

Another Seat of Solidworks Added

An increase in tooling and fixturing design work has created an opportunity for 3-D CNC, Inc. to add another seat of Solidworks.  The additional seat will serve as an important resource to our design group of experienced toolmakers and project leaders.  To date, several employees have completed advanced Solidworks training and our eager to serve our customers with innovative tooling and fixturing design support. 

ISO 9001:2008 Re-Certification Complete

June 1^st marked the date 3-D CNC, Inc. was re-certified and registered as ISO 9001:2008.  The registration covers the quality management system for the manufacture of tooling, prototypes, component parts, sub-assemblies, and automated equipment.  3-D CNC, Inc. has been ISO certified since June, 2000.
