It is our intention to keep you informed on what’s happening at 3-D CNC, Inc. by sending you this brief monthly newsletter. The information provided to you is intended to be a thoughtful and insightful update on the current status of our company, it’s employees, and our direction for growth.

Many new customer service improvements were implemented earlier this year at 3-D CNC, Inc. Among the changes were shipment notification emails to customers with shipment tracking information, enhanced visibility of our customer satisfaction survey, and a documented streamlined quotation process flow chart developed to improve quotation response time.
3-D CNC, Inc continues to focus on on-time delivery excellence. Since 2007, we have been tracking all reasons for late shipments and compiling the data for corrective action. On-time delivery continues to improve through our efforts with the ultimate goal being near or at 100% on-time.
Kevin Remus, 3-D CNC, Inc. Project Leader, recently attended an advisory board meeting of the Ridgewater College Design and Drafting Program. The program offers design and drafting classes from both the Hutchinson and Willmar campuses. An initiative to offer students a fully on-line degree program option is moving forward for state approval.
